Physicians Formula, Touch of Glow Stick (Review)

Hello Dolls,

A few weeks ago I purchased the Physicians Formula Touch of Glow Stick in the shade Nude Glow at my local CVS.  I have seen this product in several stores and have been so curious to try it. I finally bit the bullet and bought myself one. I'm so glad I did.

According to the package, this product can be used as a Concealer, Foundation, Highlighter and a touch up tool.  Due to the fact that this only comes in one shade, it doesn't work as a foundation for me. It's way too light. My personal preference is to use it as a highlight. I place it above my cheek bone, my cupids bow, down my nose and smack dab on my forehead, above my brows.

It does have a hint of shimmer to it. I apply the stick directly to my face and spread it with either my fingers or my Real Techniques sponge.

Product details:

  • 0.22Oz./6.3g
  • Creamy
  • Chubby stick
  • Hypoallergenic. Paraben Free. Gluten Free. Dermatologist approved. Oil Free. Fragrance Free. For All skin types.

  • Can we talk about how stinking cute the packaging is. They sucker me every single time! Ugh, damn them and there craftiness.

So this is how the glow stick looks on me.

Have you tried this product? If so, what do you think of it.

What's in my bag; Rebecca Minkoff addition

    Hello Dolls,

To run errands today I didn't want to take one of my big bulky purses. So I opted for my Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac. You'll be surprised what this little bugger can hold.

    Today's essentials are:

    • Louis Vuitton mini Pouchette, which I use as a wallet

    • Louis Vuitton PM agenda

    • a black pen

    • Kleenex

    • Nyx cosmetics soft matte lip cream in Prague, my favorite everyday one. I swear I've bought like four of these.

    • Breath Savers 3 hour mints; Spearmint

    • a mirror

    • what I never leave my house without my iPhone

What's currently in your bag? What can't you leave your home without?

A quick glance at my life through Instagram.

    3. The new product I was wearing, new from Physicians formula.

    4. New planner goodies. I created a planner Instagram account, if you're a planner addict, like me, please follow me @EloisaPlans.

    5. My Baby! It was her 9th birthday.

    6. My baby's at Great Wolf Lodge during spring break.

    7. I hit up the Banana Republic outlet in Wisconsin and bought just a few necklaces, lol.

    8. Selfie. Another lunch and errands type of day.

    9. A day for a mani. went with a bubble gum pink. It was the salons polish so I don't know the name of it.

    Hello May

    Hi Dolls,

I'm so glad the month of May has begun. Don't have much planned thus far but I'm glad it's here.

    What happened in April:
-My baby turned the big 9!! My Alex is growing up to fast, it kills me.
-Took my kids on Spring break to Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin
we had such a blast. Highly recommend that place.
-Learned new medical procedures at work, exciting times.
-We usually celebrate Easter with family but we were in the Dells this year.
-Month ended on a sour note. My father was hospitalized for having extremely high glucose (sugar) level. He is now a newly diabetic. It's going to be a huge adjustment for him. Complete diet change and exercise regiment.
    That's a wrap!

Hope you all had a great April and have an exciting May!
