My new desk

Hello loves,

Happy Subday! I'm so excited for my new desk. I've been wanting this desk forever and she finally mine. The very simple leaning white desk. There's really no place for me to place my laptop. There's an office but my husband uses it and it's pretty crowded in there so I made my own little book in the living room. We spend about an hour putting it together yesterday.

My husband purchased it for me from Amazon. I'll leave a link below.

It has two shelves and table for my laptop. I haven't purchased a chair yet because I'm expecting new couches in a few weeks so I want to wait and see  how everything looks together.

Here's a little tour:

The first shelf has a few of my Louis Vuitton boxes, the big box has my MacBook charger in it. A picture of me and my sisters from the day my big sister graduated from the academy to be an Illinois cook county sheriff. Then a little faux plant.

Second shelf holds just a few books. Two by Lauren Conrad, one by Michelle Phan, Becoming Nursey. My two Louis Vuitton pm agendas, a hand sanitizer from B&BWs, you can tell its old because they no longer make them in the bottle shape. Wish they did. My speaker. Eiffel Tower gold plated scissors. A book I'm reading right now, the second in the Miss Peregines series. A mason jar full of my gel pens and a pair of ear buds. A finally a tiny unicorn my daughter bought me back from a school trip.

Everything on these shelves will be moved or changed eventually. I'm a super fickle person.

Finally my MacBook Pro 13'. She's about five years old and she's my baby.
I'm thinking of place a calendar either of the wall or one to put in the shelves.

How do you decorate your desk?
Any tips for me?

Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoyed.

Hello Loves,

As you all may have noticed, I don't always do those monthly favorite videos/blog post. Reason being this that I don't go shopping as much as other bloggers and YouTubers. Totally not knocking them, l just go on binges or lulls depending on my mood, haha.

Anywho, So here is a very short list of a few items and been loving and/or have rediscovered my love for.

•glo-therapeutics sunscreen. It's summer time and this is so necessary, even though we should use sunscreen everyday regardless of season. I absolutely love it. It's lightweight and doesn't have that nasty sunscreen smell. This product was recommend to me by my esthetician, Liz. Highly recommend it.
•maybelline lash sensational luscious mascara in black. This mascara is so dark and luscious, just like it claims to be. It does feel a little heavy on my lashes and a little goes a long way.
•rimmel London lasting finish 25 hr foundation. It's so amazing. It's a medium coverage but does just what I need. Perfect for summer.

My Rebecca Minkoff mini Mac cross body purse. It's my absolute favorite when I don't need to carry much with me. I love the thick studs/feet at the top to keep the leather from getting dirty. The gold hard wear makes it so pretty. I saw it in silver but looked breathtaking in gold. I got it at Nordstrom a few years ago.

My Louis Vuitton MM agenda. I'd be lost with my agenda. Everything goes into this planner. I seriously have memory issues, I've long been told this, so writing things down is necessary for me. Crossing things off my list or to do list makes me feel so accomplished and happy. I feel as though I really contributed to being an adult and was productive, haha.

Another Louis Vuitton item. My key cley is my wallet. I don't carry big wallets anymore, and when I just need to run to the corner store or gas station this little cutie is all I need. It holds my credit card, drivers license, some cash and a spare key to my house.

iPhone 6:

As just about everyone else in this millennia, my smart phone is my life line. Just like my agenda, I'd be completely lost without my phone. I'm Team Apple all the way. Absolutely nothing against Android or Samsumg phones & users but they are just not for me. I've tried them and nope. I'd like to think I'm tech savvy, but those other brands were honestly just too high tech for me, haha. The iPhone is so simple and easy to use.

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask -First impressions

Hello loves!!

Today I wanted to share with you all this pretty awesome new fave mask that has been making the rounds all over social media. It's the ever popular Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask - or just the Bubble clay mask.

This mask has been all over my feed on all my social media platforms. So I had to try it. As you all know, I have the worse dry skin and I'm always on the hunt for a mask or cleanser that can help.

After reading reviews on this mask I gave in and bought it. It's a carbonated clay mask that comes in a jar and with a tiny spatula.

Apply the mask with the spatula provided. But go easy as it's going to bubble instantly so apply even thin layers of the mask. Once you apply it, it dries super fast and begins to bubble almost instantly. I didn't even have half of my face covered when it started to bubble up. I let it sit for about 5-7 minutes. Then rinsed it off.

Rinsing it off is a pain in the BUTT. It's very messy to remove. Next time I use it I will remove it with a damp cloth then rinse my fave with warm water. My face feels so clean and smooth. I do feel minor irritation on a spot of my face where I may have applied too much clay. Overall A+. Definitely recommend.
